Pinterest account data (boards, pins) only when you explicitly connect your Pinterest account through our client portal. We only access boards and pins you select — we never post to your Pinterest on your behalf.

- Review your Pinterest mood board to prepare for your shoot

4. How We Store & Protect Your Data
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard infrastructure:
- Our website and client portal data is hosted on Supabase, which uses AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS/SSL encryption in transit
- Client galleries and images are stored in secure cloud storage with access restricted to authorised users only
- Payment processing is handled by Stripe — we never store your card or banking details on our servers
- Pinterest tokens and credentials are stored in encrypted form and never exposed to the frontend of our application
- We limit access to personal data to only what is necessary to deliver our services
Data Retention
- Booking and client data is retained for 7 years in accordance with Australian tax record-keeping requirements
- Client gallery images are stored for 28 days after delivery. Clients are strongly advised to download all images within this window as galleries are permanently deleted after 28 days and cannot be recovered. If extended storage is required, clients must contact Raphael Adole at ocheshotit@gmail.com to arrange an alternative before the 28-day period expires.

6. Your Photographs
6.1 Ownership
All photographs taken during your session are owned by OCHESHOTIT Photography and Raphael Adole in accordance with Australian copyright law (Copyright Act 1968). You receive a personal use licence as specified in your booking contract.
6.2 Portfolio and Marketing Use
By default, we may use a selection of your photographs for our portfolio, website, and social media. If you do not consent to this, please notify us in writing before your session. We will always respect your wishes.
6.3 Third-Party Sharing
We will never sell your photographs to third parties or use them in any commercial context beyond OCHESHOTIT's own marketing without your explicit written consent.
6.4 Minor Clients
If your session involves children under 18, we require explicit written consent from a parent or guardian before any images are used publicly.
6.5 Gallery Access Window
Your client gallery will be accessible for 28 days from the date it is delivered to you. After 28 days, the gallery and all associated images are permanently deleted from our servers. OCHESHOTIT Photography and Raphael Adole accept no liability for images not downloaded within this period. If you require an extension, contact ocheshotit@gmail.com before your gallery expiry date.
7. Your Rights (Australian Privacy Act + GDPR)
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and where applicable the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention obligations)
- Withdrawal: Withdraw your consent for portfolio/marketing use of your images
- Pinterest Disconnection: Disconnect your Pinterest account from our platform at any time — this removes our access to your Pinterest data immediately
- Complaints: Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au if you believe we have breached your privacy

9. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.
