Private links
Every gallery, contract, invoice and team page is reached through its own long, unguessable link. Nothing is listed publicly. Galleries can also carry a password, and visitors confirm their name and email before viewing.

Kept out of search engines
Client galleries tell search engines not to index the page or its images, and tell Pinterest not to pin them. The installable app never saves galleries, contracts, invoices or payment pages for offline use, so an expired gallery can't linger on a device.

Watermarking and image protection
Watermarking is on by default: viewing images in a gallery carry the OCHESHOTIT watermark, and right-click saving and dragging are blocked while you browse. Finished files are only available through the download options in your gallery.

Downloads
Downloads can be switched off for a gallery and are offered in set sizes. Galleries stay open for 14 days (2 weeks) after delivery. Reminders are sent 7 days and 2 days before the link closes. After that the gallery link closes; contact us to reopen it.

Who can see a gallery
Only people you share the link with, and the photographer. For team headshots, each person's own page and link are separate, so staff can't see each other's bookings.

Contracts can't be changed after signing
Once a contract is signed it can never be edited. Any change becomes a new version or a separate agreement that needs a fresh signature, and an old link shows a notice that it has been replaced rather than outdated terms.

Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe; OCHESHOTIT never receives or stores them.

Where your data is kept
Bookings, contracts and gallery files are stored with our cloud database and storage provider in Tokyo, Japan (AWS ap-northeast-1). Emails are sent through Resend. Client and booking records are kept for 2 years, then deleted.

Asking for deletion
To ask for your data or images to be deleted, send a message or email ocheshotit@gmail.com.
