Terms at a glance

Currency: AUD. Prices are GST-inclusive. Nothing is added at checkout.
Retainer: A 30% retainer secures your date. It is non-refundable except where required by law.
Balance: The balance is due on the day of the session.
Delivery: Delivered within two weeks. A preview of your images arrives within 72 hours of the session.
Rush: Rush delivery available: +$100 for a faster turnaround on request.
Extra images: Additional images are $25 each, on request.
Travel: Travel within 15 km of the studio is included. Beyond that, $20 per additional 10 km (part blocks round up).
Changes: Cancel or reschedule with 7 or more days' notice at no fee. With less than 48 hours' notice, a $150 fee applies. Changes with between 2 and 7 days' notice are handled case by case.
